currently, i found a strange phenomenon in society. ppls who is working effective/ and efficient, will tends to work more and more. coz they are forced to do an extra works of those ppls who have late response/ and week performance... under this case, it's quite unfair since they can't earn more but do more.... although, we can persude themselves that do more and learn more, but, feelings is still not balance til now!!!!! it would not be relax unless being compensated w/ others benefits... or advanatges. to be honest, ppls have poor performance should be review themselves and take corrective actions at once. so that see if it is faults in their working process. what happen of being busy or work OT till 9-10 every night. ??? if not, this OT cycle must be continuous, can't be stopped... ayi, dum know why i'm bad luck to meet such kind of ppls in my story????? what is the reason of them to survive in this commerical society, ??? un..... -_-!!!???
